Heat shrinkable sleeve is composited by cross-linked polyethylene and
hot-melt adhesive. They are mainly used with treatment of tee joint,angle
heads, and valve connections and diameter-changing position. It is very
convenient to be installed. Used for girth welding joint. Offshore and
underground coatings are good!

Owing to special adhesive, this product has high adhesive strength,
can provide long-term protection to pipeline. It is also very convenient
to be installed

Pipeline

The TSD-60 system provides superior corrosion protection and excellent bonding on pipelines operating up to 60°C. TSD-60 has been designed with a flexible radiation cross-linked polyethylene backing with a unique hot melt adhesive. TSD-60 is stretchable, hand-wrapped, heat-shrinkable sleeves specifically designed for the protection of the insulation without any primer used in insulated joint system. Also, it can be used for large diameter water pipes.

Flexible Installation
• TSD-60 can be used as either a 2-layer or 3-layer sleeve system with primer or without primer.

• Provides a protective coating with the structural integrity of a seamless tube, providing excellent resistance to cathodic disbondment and excellent durability against abrasion and chemical attack.
