Product Description

Crosslinked Radiation Polyethylene Heat Shrinkable Sleeve Tape

The TSD-60 system provides superior corrosion protection and excellent bonding on pipelines operating up to 60°C. TSD-60 has been designed with a flexible radiation cross-linked polyethylene white or black backing with a unique hot melt adhesive. TSD-60 is stretchable, hand-wrapped, heat-shrinkable sleeves specifically designed for the protection of the rooftop piping and duct work. Also, it can be used for large diameter water pipes.

Flexible Installation
• TSD-60 can be used as either a 2-layer or 3-layer sleeve system with primer or without primer.

• Provides a protective coating with the structural integrity of a seamless tube, providing excellent resistance to cathodic disbondment and excellent durability against abrasion and chemical attack.

Heat shrinkable sleeve is composited by cross-linked polyethylene and hot melt adhesive.
They are mainly used with treatment of tee joint,angleheads, and valve connections and
diameter-changing position. It is veryconvenient to be installed. Used for girth welding
joint Offshore and underground coatings are good! Owing to special adhesive , this product
has high adhesive strength,can provide long-term protection to pipeline. It is also very convenient to be installed
