PE Electro Fusion Tape


 

PE electricity welded band is used for watertight connection of STRONG self-flowing sewerage pipes from ID300 up to ID3000 mm.

Electrical welded band is working on the same principle as the electricity welded socket, i.e. the connection is made by melting the inner surface of the socket and outer surface of the pipe into complete whole. The heat created from the melt will be received by giving the correct electrical voltage to the electrical wire being in the welded band.

With electric hot plate in the PE Complex on the high temperatures from heating network. Especially for Pre-insulated pipeline and Large diameter Corrugated Drainage Pipeline.

Characteristics:

* Winding pipe forming the basis of the characteristics of the general peak width of 60 ~ 80mm in between the narrow belt along the hot-melt welding pipe incision.
* Due to a variety of conditions, welding of the pipeline after the systemic and can not guarantee its tightness.
* Pipeline to meet the needs of the project: Often used in welding to conduct outreach approach, which uses hand-held extrusion welding torch welding along the incision in the wall.
