Heat Shrinkable Sleeve for 3PE Steel Pipeline
Heat shrinkable sleeve (2 layers), which are developed and manufacture by Qingdao TSD Plastic Co., Ltd for anti-corrosion of pipeline, Radiation cross-linked polyethylene backing and high shearing strengthen melt adhesive, and have the function of shape memory. The hot melt adhesive is squeezed into the joint by the shrink power to form a perfectly sealed surface, after being heated. HSSC-1 is compatible with standard pipe coating, also can be used for coating bare, replacement pipe section and large radius bends. The system is designed to be applied with minimum preheating and is ideal for different diameter oil/gas/water pipeline.
Heat shrinkable sleeve is composited by cross-linked polyethylene and hot-melt adhesive. They are mainly used with treatment of tee joint, angle heads, and valve connections and diameter-changing position. It is very convenient to be installed. Used for girth welding joint. Offshore and underground coatings are good!
Owing to special adhesive, this product has high adhesive strength, can provide long-term protection to pipeline. It is also very convenient to be installed.
