Od600 Tubular Heat Shrinkable Sleeve
 
Tubular heat shrinkable sleeve is designed for corrosion protection of field girth weld joint of buried and exposed steel piplines, especially for corrosion protection of oil and gas petrol-pipeline.

Heat shrinkable sleeve is made of a radiation cross linked poloylefin backing, coated with a hot-melting copolymer adhestive which effectively bonds to steel substrates and common pipelines coatings, including polyethylene and fusion bonded epoxy.

Heat shrinkable sleeve consists of a unique tubular configuration that has been factory constructed, resulting in quick and reliable field installation. TS can be also easily used for corrosion flange joint, casing and bell joint of steel pipeline.

Heat shrinkable sleeve provides excellent resistance to cathodic disbondment resulting in effective long-term corresion protection.
Tubular Configuration

It needs no patch closure and shold be slid over the pipe prior to welding the joint. Its unique design reduces time for handling, positioning and installation of patch closure. This minimizes application time and labour costs.
Long- term corrosion protection

After heating, formed corrosion protection seal& strong backing provides outstanding waterproofing effect and high chemical resistance.

It resists impact, abrasion and ultraviolet light. Free from penetrating pinholes due to multi- layered structure. Excellent resistance against cathodic disbondment, dielectric breakdown.

Simple Application
No special skills, equipments, patch closure nor primer are needed.
